Students need to arrive at the Grace Gym for final check-in on Monday at 10:00AM
Students will return to the Grace campus on Friday around 3:00PM
COST
$200
(with registration and $25 deposit by December 18, leaving a $175 balance)
The cost is $225 for any new registration after December 18.
Please turn all deposits and registrations in to the Grace Bible Church office. Checks are payable to Grace Ministries.
All registrations and final payments are due
no later than January 18.

TO BRING/TO NOT BRING
To Bring:
In one (and only 1) suitcase*
- Bible
- writing utensil
- sleeping bag and pillow
- warm clothes for five days
- a towel and toiletries
- snow clothes and boots
- a bag for wet clothes
- a camera
- money for lunches to and from the retreat
- snacks and snack money
*Note: a sleeping bag and pillow are necessary, and may be included in an additional bag. You may also have a small carry-on bag for the bus ride.
Also, please remember that all medicine, prescription and over the counter, must be in its original labeled container and must be turned in to the camp nurse during check-in.
To NOT Bring:
- cell phones
- headphones
- any other electronic device
- weapons
- illegal substances
- AXE or other types of body spray
*Note: personal digital assistants (Palm Pilots, etc.) may be used under the condition that they are used only as Bibles and/or note taking devices and NOT for games or other applications. Watches and alarm clocks are allowed as well.
Personal cell phones are not permitted at the Snow Retreat. Any cell phones or other non-approved electronic devices must be turned in at check-in on Monday and will be given back to the student on Friday when we return. Any student may use a leader’s cell phone in case of an emergency.
SKIING/SNOWBOARDING
Snow permitting, those students desiring to ski or snowboard will go to The Summit at Snoqualmie on Wednesday from approximately 8:30AM-4:00PM
Lift tickets are $57 (payable upon arrival to the Summit)
Equipment rental is available for either skis or snowboards (prices have not been posted at the Summit web site yet). All rentals require a credit card for deposit. Call 425.434.7669 for more details on rentals.
